Latitude 37 Group Wins HIA Professional Builder Award

On Friday 7th of November 2014 the Latitude 37 Group (including Latitude 37, L37 Projects and Esperance Homes) was awarded 2014 HIA Victorian Professional Medium Builder of the Year.

This award is a huge accolade for the professionalism of the Latitude 37 Group team and was assessed based on a comprehensive review of all business practices including design capability, client service, value for money, marketing, construction quality and management practices.

Latitude 37 Group would like to thank all of its clients, suppliers, trades and staff for their ongoing support for and contribution to the success of the business as the Latitude 37 Group projects continue to deliver on their vision of “Happy Clients, Great Homes”.

Latitude 37 now goes onto the HIA National awards to be announced in May 2015.
