A massive turnout of kids for this years Halloween event at Somerfield to celebrate with traditional halloween activities such as pumpkin carving, dressing-up & of course trick-or-treating.
Thanks to all who made this event special – plenty of effort went into the costumes (for kids as well as adults!), all the residents that participated handing out treats for the kids and of course the Somerfield Social Club who worked tirelessly in the lead up to make sure everything ran smoothly.

The Pirate Park at Somerfield is always a great place for kids to play and families to get together & it was “ahoy-neighbour” at Somerfield when residents from the Argle precinct gathered in the Pirate Park recently for a meet-your-neighbour event.
With sunshine, face painting, special pirate entertainers & a fantastic spread of delicious food & drinks for kids & parents alike and bags of “pirate loot” there was plenty to enjoy.
The parents enjoyed a chat while a friendly balloon sword fight broke out on the lower decks – and the balloon artist was kept busy producing a steady supply of balloon swords for the armoury!
